Position 1: high hang (dip then drive…no fwd lean)
Position 2: from the hang
Position 3: from the floor
Full squats on ALL THREE!
Add weight until you can’t do it well from pos. 1. Then just from pos. 2 and 3. Add weight until you can’t do it from the hang and do two reps from the floor.
