Ohhhh here we go…a CrossFit benchmark WOD! “Kelly” is an OG workout that has stood the test of time and aged beautifully like a fine wine :)

This particular CrossFit “Girl” WOD has an actual person attached to it. Let me introduce you to the woman behind the WOD, Kelly Moore, on OG CrossFit legend. She once made the mistake of complaining to Coach that she wasn’t very good at box jumps. Ouch.
