Hang Squat Snatch

Get as heavy as you can…don’t be afraid to fail.

If you are relatively new, stay focused on refining good technique.

8 Power Snatch (95/65)
12 OTB Burpees

Your snatch is pretty warmed up for this and you should have a good idea of what weight you can handle…now the bar starts from the floor. Pick a weight where you don’t ever spend too much time away from the barbell in your set of 8. Try to keep moving at a steady pace while maintaining decent form. If you thought you went too light on Isabel last week, you’re probably not far off that weight for this workout.

And again, your burpees are built in. :)
