Play Thunderstruck by AC/DC. Every time you hear the word “thunder”, do a burpee. Listen carefully. There are exactly 33.

play the song Roxanne by the Police. Do a burpee every time you hear “Roxanne”. There may be 26 if you count all the fade outs. You only need to do 24.

Complete as many rounds as possible in 12 minutes of:
•25 pull-ups
•50-calorie row
•100 overhead squats
•50 box jumps
•25 pull-ups
Men use a 45-lb. barbell and 24-in. box
Women use a 45-lb. barbell and 20-in. box
Check your old notes. We did this workout on Dec. 2, 2017. Very few people manage to complete one full round. 100 OH Squats is no joke, especially since men and women use the same 45# weight. Scale down and have fun!
