Deadlift
15-12-9-6-3
immediately follow each set with:
25 Sit Ups
30 Double unders

Increase load each set. Score for load.

This workout takes a little planning and strategery…you need to know what weights you will attempt each round. Start at the end. What is an approximate 3-rep max? Then work backwards in your planning, subtracting 10-20 pounds each round. Now look at your set of 15…is it too light? Make adjustments so that each round is heavy for the number of reps you are doing.
