Every 2 Minutes for 7 Rounds

1 Power Snatch + 1 Hang Squat Snatch + 1 Snatch

Build up in weight as you go, but don’t go past the point where form breaks down too much.

In 9 mins:

2 Rounds
7 Power Snatch (75/55) + 7 OTB Burpees

2 Rounds
5 Power Snatch (95/65) + 7 OTB Burpees

3 Power Snatch (115/75) + 7 OTB Burpees

Weight increases and reps decrease in the snatch, but burpee numbers remain the same. In the first two couplets the barbell should be doable for quick sets or potentially unbroken. The final set should be fast singles on the barbell or
unbroken for the fittest.

Score only the reps on the final set.
