This is a good training workout for a benchmark coming up on Tuesday: Fran. Fran is 21-15-9 Thrusters and Pull Ups. The rx weight is the same in this workout, but it is more reps, tougher pull ups and added box jump overs. So obviously this is a longer workout. But approach it knowing that you have a faster version of this next week.
So, first decide if the rx weight for the thrusters is something you can handle. Can you break up a round of 15 in two sets?
Scale the pull ups to either chin over the bar or jumping chest to bar.
Fran should be in the 3-7 min range. This will be in the 8-12 min range.
