35 Double Unders or 50 singles
Barbells come off the floor. You have 2 minutes to complete the push press and jump rope. You rest the remainder of the two minutes before doing it again. Pick a weight you can do 7 unbroken reps for at least the first two rounds. Some of you might consider upscaling the weight slightly.
