Every 90 seconds for 6 Rounds:

1 Hang Power Snatch +
1 Power Snatch +
1 OH Squat

Build up in weight to – and maybe past – what you will use for Isabel.

Movements:

Overhead Squat | Snatch

30 reps for time of:
• Snatch 135/95#

Benchmark workout! This is the third and final time we will do this in 2019. Check your times and weight from previous attempts. If you finished in under 4 mins, consider going up in weight. POwer snatch is OK.
