You already went heavy on the Front Squats, so now is the time to go moderate-light. The bar will come off the floor, not the rack so you need to either power clean or squat clean to get started.

This workout has a 10 min cap and to get the most out of the workout, you need to be connected to a bar almost the entire time. Goal should be to minimize the amount of time resting and maximizing the amount of time with the bar (barbell or pull-up) in your hands!

Scale to jumping C2B Pull Ups or jumping Chin over bar pull ups.
