We’re not necessarily looking for a 3 rep max here, but we do want you to get heavier than what you will do in the met-con.

3 Deadlift (Rx – 225/175)(Scale – 185/135)

* each round, add two reps to the deadlift: 3-5-7-9…The load on the Deadlift should be heavy, but doable, to go unbroken through at least the set of 5.
