-DB Walking Lunge (20 steps)
– 5-8 Ring Pull Ups

Every 90 seconds – 12 Rounds
a) 5 Snatch Grip Romanian Deadlift
Max Air squats remaining 60 seconds
rest 30 seconds
b) 5 Box/Decline Push Ups
max air squats in remaining 60 seconds

Saturday WOD Fundraiser

inset-flag_0Saturday’s WOD will be fundraising WOD for a really important cause: No Greater Sacrifice, “a nonprofit organization created in February 2008, dedicated to the children of our nation’s fallen and wounded Service members by delivering scholarships and resources to improve their quality of life through the pursuit of higher education.”

 

We will be accepting donations now through Saturday.  Any funds raised will be match by Second Wind.
