With Veterans Day fast approaching, I wanted to send out a quick update on our modified schedule NEXT WEEK! Friday November 11th (Veterans Day), we will have classes at 9 and 10am with the regular WOD.. Saturday November 12th we will be doing the Hero workout “Chad” followed by a BBQ! First heat will start at 9am.. Second one at 10am.. Sign-up HERE
