Workout of the Day
Workout of the Day are classes provide a constantly varied mix of weightlifting, gymnastics and cardio put together into the Workout of the Day (WOD). Every day is different. Some days focus on strength. Some days focus on cardio. Most days have elements of both. Unless you otherwise have CrossFit experience, Foundations is required.
Group Classes, 7-days a week.
Personal and Small Group Training
Interested in a more personalized approach to your fitness? Have some time during the work day? Personal training may be the option for you. Work 1-on-1 with a coach to achieve your own personal goals.
Personalized nutrition coaching with customized meal plan, biometric testing, goal setting, action steps, comprehensive Nutrition Handbook, and regular check-ins.
Want a high intensity, functional workout in a supportive environment? Boot Camp is the perfect place to try us out. All fitness and skill levels welcome!
Boot Camp workouts are easy to adjust to the level of intensity you desire, fun, and functional!
Boot Camps are a great introduction to functional fitness, and can serve as an on ramp to the Workout of the Day classes.
Barbell Bettys is a beginner strength training class for women only, coached by women only. The class is geared towards women of all ages with little to no weight training experience.
The class will start with hands-on instruction with light weights on proper form and technique. As athletes gain strength, they will progressively increase loads, always under the watchful eye of our experienced coaches.
Strength and fitness for seniors. We do general CrossFit programming of constantly varied movements, but scale down the load and intensity. We focus on balance, mobility and strength in small doses. We focus on movements that will improve quality of life: squats, deadlifts, carrying objects, pushing things – all stuff you do in real life.
