Forever Foundations is a great place for seniors, beginners, and athletes of all levels to build a foundation for their fitness. Join us Mondays and Thursdays from 11am to 12pm! Included in unlimited membership, and $20/class to drop in!
Forever Foundations

The definition of CrossFit is "constantly varied functional movement performed at high intensity." The charter of CrossFit is "mechanics, consistency, then and only then intensity."
Forever Foundations focuses on the mechanics of functional movements, cycling through workouts to teach squatting, pushing, pulling, and hinging. While it is CrossFit, these classes are designed for seniors, beginners, athletes returning to exercise after an extended period off, or current athletes who would like to revisit the basics to improve performance.
Just like in our CrossFit classes, we use PVC pipes and training bars before adding larger loads to movements.
Workouts will be varied, and we will play with intentional intensity, however there is less variance and and intensity than our regular CrossFit classes to best prepare our Forever Foundations athletes for the increased variance and intensity of CrossFit classes.
Forever Foundation
Classes are offered:
Mondays and Thursdays from 11am - 12pm
This class is offered on Mondays and Thursdays from 11am - 12pm (starting September 30, 2024).
Our unlimited membership includes three private "foundations" sessions at no extra cost, so all unlimited members enter the class environment with exposure to the foundational movements of our group classes (squatting, hinging, pushing, and pulling).
For those who do not have an unlimited membership, or members who would like to spend more time drilling the foundational movements of functional fitness, we have an ongoing class dedicated to them, called Forever Foundations.
This class is an excellent choice for seniors, beginners, and athletes of all levels who want to improve movement mechanics to keep higher intensity workouts as safe and efficient as possible.
