Our 3-Step Endurance Coaching Process
PLAN
Meet with our Endurance coach to decide what event is the best fit for you and what it will take to get there.
TRAIN
After the race plan comes the training plan: a monthly schedule of workouts designed to gradually build your endurance and skill to peak for your race.
RACE
Start the race with confidence. Finish with a true sense of accomplishment.

Brian Bunch is the founder of Bunch Athletic Endurance. He has been a CrossFit athlete since 2012 and has completed over two dozen triathlons, including Ironman Maryland in 2018. Brian holds a CrossFit Aerobic Capacity Certificate as well as a CrossFit L1 Certificate.

Steve Dolge is the owner of Second Wind CrossFit. He has coached athletes in endurance events from 5k to Ironman. He has raced in triathlons for 21 consecutive years, including Ironman Lake Placid in 2007.
Swim Coach Michael Lilintahl represented Venezuela in the 1996 Olympic Games in Atlanta, swimming in the men’s 4×100 and 4×200 freestyle relays. With his wife Jennifer, he currently owns and operates SafeSplash Swim School.
