The Big Run! 

Announcing SWCF’s Inaugural Group Run!  

All paces welcome.

Join Allyn and the rest of us next Saturday, January 9 at 8am for a 5k (3.1 Miles).  Even if you’re not currently a member, but just want to run, park at the Rock Creek Park Tennis Center, then jog down the hill to meet at the Ranger Station. Directions here. Double up with 9am Boot Camp if you’ve got the nerve!
Bring a mask, you’ll need one at the very least at the start, and anytime you’re running in front of or behind others whose air streams are less than six feet to the left or right of you.

Hopefully, this will be the first of many running gatherings for 2021 (track runs, hill repeats, and more…)
No membership is required to join.

Coach Jen has compiled a weekly January Rowing Challenge Workout schedule. 
4x a week for 4 weeks –  you can do these during Open Gym, in place of the At Home workouts… anytime you’ve got a rower.  Check’em out here. Remember why you love to row?  It’s an injury-free full-body workout you can do in any climate that makes you better at EVERYTHING else you do. Fair Warning – you may see these come up as WODs as well!
